Weeks before the new season, circus aerialist FINN meets aerial-silk dancer CELESTE. Unable to accept a new partner since the death of his wife, Finn is paired with the spirited newcomer to prepare the Troupe's featured AERIAL ACT in time for Opening Night. Initially resistant, Finn is surprised by Celeste's spirit and persistence. As she begins to break through his guard, Finn begins to feel the spark of joy, movement, and life once again. But as the night of the performance nears, the memory of lost love grips his heart; and soon Finn realizes he must choose between the ghost of eternal love... and a life of momentary splendors. 

A dramatic short set in the world of aerial performance and dance, SPLENDOR is a story about love, loss, dreams, and fears. But above everything, it is a story about hope... the hope to witness those sublime moments of splendor, and still be surprised by it all.
