This year's Green City Fair was an amazing success! If you were there, you know how much fun it was to see people from all over LA learning about our urban forest and becoming inspired to take on actions to help grow a greener city.

TreePeople has teamed up with GOOD Magazine for the 2012 Green City Challenge. If you have an idea for greening your community, TreePeople can help turn it into a reality. Proposals are submitted May 7th to June 23rd. Voting is June 24th to July 14th. Winners announced July 16th. |

Remember, you can always come be part of the TreePeople family by attending our Third Thursday events. Every 3rd Thursday of the month from 6:30-8:30 we gather volunteers, members and staff for a fun evening at our headquarters to hear speakers and learn simple steps to grow a green city! |
